DMCA — Copyright Infringement Notice
SexyIA respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), as well as equivalent procedures in the EU and other jurisdictions.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed
You may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (URL) to permit us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Where to send notices
DMCA notices must be submitted via our contact form, selecting “DMCA / Copyright” as the subject. We will respond within 5 business days.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat infringer policy
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
False claims
Note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents infringement may be subject to liability for damages.
