What works well

Free tier is genuinely limited. You will hit walls within 10 messages. Image generation, voice, and NSFW are all paywalled. This is the right business model but worth setting expectation on.
Image queue can slow during US evenings. Around 8-10 PM Eastern, image generation can take 30-60 seconds instead of the usual 5-10. Not a deal-breaker, but noticeable if you are a heavy image user.
