About SexyIA

SexyIA is an independent review site covering the rapidly growing world of AI companion apps, NSFW image generators, and AI sexting platforms. We started in 2026 because the existing review landscape was a mess of recycled press releases, paid placements, and hype.

Our goal is simple: tell you which tools actually work, which ones are scams, and which features matter for your specific use case.

How we test

Every app we review goes through a structured 30-day evaluation:

• Real conversations, not screenshots: at least 50 messages exchanged per platform, across romance, casual chat, roleplay, and explicit scenarios.
• Image generator stress tests: 100 prompts per platform covering realistic skin tones, fantasy scenarios, anime, and edge cases (poses the AI usually fails on).
• Memory checks: we measure how well each chatbot remembers character traits, preferences, and prior conversations over 4 weeks.
• Cancellation tests: yes, we cancel every subscription and document whether it actually stops billing.
• Mobile vs desktop performance: tested on iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

How we make money

We earn affiliate commissions when readers sign up through our links. This never changes our ratings. Several of the most popular AI girlfriend apps offer no affiliate program — we still review them. Several pay generously — if they’re trash, we still say so.

Who we are

SexyIA is operated by an independent team of writers and testers who have spent collectively over 2,000 hours stress-testing AI companion products. We do not publish individual bylines because of the sensitive nature of the topic, but every claim in our reviews is traceable to specific test sessions documented in our internal logs.
